Essa receita é bem fácil de fazer e fica uma delícia. Pode servir de acompanhamento com várias coisas.

Antes de tudo eu fiz um pouco de caldo de legumes com talos de brócolis, couve e salsinha que eu tinha congelado, meia cebola, dois dentes de alho e uma cenoura pequena. Deixei ferver em meio litro de água por 20 minutos.

Em um recipiente de vidro eu coloquei uma xícara de coucous e a mesma quantidade (1 xícara) de caldo de legumes quente.

Deixe de molho por 5 minutos.

Após esse tempo, mexa o coucous com uma colher para que ele não grude e para que fique bem soltinho.

Em uma panela refoguei rapidamente a cebola por uns dois minutos. Aí acrescente os pimentões e a pimenta e refoguei por mais dois.

Coloque a abobrinha e a cenoura e refoguei por mais dois minutos (a ideia é deixar elas quase cruas para ficar crocante). Mas se você preferir pode refogar mais um tempinho até amolocer um pouco mais os legumes.

Aí é só adicionar o coucous já hidratado, acertar o sal e colocar o cheiro verde.

This recipe is very easy to make and is delicious. It can serve as an accompaniment to several things.

First of all I made some vegetable broth with broccoli stalks, cabbage and parsley that I had frozen, half an onion, two cloves of garlic and a small carrot. I let it boil in half a liter of water for 20 minutes.

In a glass container I put a cup of couscous and the same amount (1 cup) of hot vegetable broth.

Leave to soak for 5 minutes.

After this time, stir the couscous with a spoon so that it does not stick and so that it is very loose.

In a pan, quickly sauté the onion for about two minutes. Then add the peppers and pepper and sauté for two more.

Add the zucchini and carrots and sauté for another two minutes (the idea is to leave them almost raw to get crispy). But if you prefer, you can sauté a little longer until the vegetables soften a little more.

Then just add the already hydrated coucous, hit the salt and put the green smell.
