- Coarse flaked oats1 cup
- Water6 cup
- Salt to taste
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Soak the oatmeal and a pinch of salt with 3 cups of water overnight in the fridge
- The next day, drain the oat water well in a fine sieve and place the oatmeal in the blender with another pinch of salt, vanilla essence and 3 cups of FILTERED water at ROOM TEMPERATURE
- Beware of this water issue, it is important that the temperature is room.
- Beat in the blender for 3 minutes and then strain. And it's done!
