  • Coarse flaked oats1 cup
  • Water6 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Vanilla essence to taste
  1. Soak the oatmeal and a pinch of salt with 3 cups of water overnight in the fridge
  2. The next day, drain the oat water well in a fine sieve and place the oatmeal in the blender with another pinch of salt, vanilla essence and 3 cups of FILTERED water at ROOM TEMPERATURE
  3. Beware of this water issue, it is important that the temperature is room.
  4. Beat in the blender for 3 minutes and then strain. And it's done!
