- Seasonings: cumin, sweet paprika, black pepper to taste
- Start by hydrating the soybeans for 20 minutes in boiling water with lemon. Then wash and squeeze well
- Beat the soy with all the seasonings until it becomes a well-crushed dough. Transfer this to a bowl and mix with the flour until this dough is homogeneous, consistent and beautiful.
- Now just make the shape of the kafta and put it on the toothpick. Arrange on a greased tray with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºc for 30min, remembering to turn halfway through.
