  • Palmer mango1 unit(s)
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Red onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Girl's Finger Pepper1/4 unit(s)
  • Coriander1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Cut the onion into thin slices (I used the mandolin).
  2. Soak the chopped onion in a bowl of water and ice to make it crispier and the flavor to be milder.
  3. Cut the mango into small cubes. Chop the coriander.
  4. Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into very small cubes.
  5. In a bowl put the ingredients, drain the water from the onion and put together.
  6. Season with lemon , salt and oil .
  7. Mix well and leave in the fridge until serving.
