- Lentil1/2 cup
- Water1/1/2 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Chopped mushrooms1 cup
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Oat flakes3/4 cup
- Fresh chopped parsley3 tablespoon
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cashew Nut Cream100 ml
- Vegetable broth100 ml
- White wine1 tablespoon
- Mustard2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice1 teaspoon
- Brewer's Yeast2 teaspoon
- Turmeric1 teaspoon
- Cook the lentils.
- Heat a pan and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent, add the garlic and sauté some more.
- Add the mushrooms and cumin, sauté for a few more minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, beat the oatmeal with the cooked lentils, the sautéed, the parsley, the soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and form balls, you will need to grease your hand with olive oil to get it. The dough sticks a little.
- Bake at 180° for 20 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- To make the sauce, take the ingredients from the cashew cream and turmeric to the pan and mix until it thickens.
