- Lentil250 g
- Oats in fine flakes to a point to taste
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground Cumin1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Place the lentils and bay leaf in a pressure cooker and cover with twice as much hot water.
- Take the pan to the fire when you get pressure cook for 7 minutes.
- Remove the pressure from the pan, discard the bay leaf, drain the lentils and set aside.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the paprika, cumin, pepper and a pinch of salt and mix.
- In a container, mix the lentils with this stew, add salt and add the oats little by little until you can shape the burgers.
- Mold the burgers and place on a greased baking sheet with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 15 minutes until golden.
