- Salt to taste
- 1. Hydrate the lentils. (You can put it in the water the night before, if you're going to make it for lunch, or in the morning, if you're going to make it for dinner). 2. Chop the onion into cubes and brown in oil. 3. Chop the tomatoes into cubes and sauté with the golden onion. 4. Add the hydrated lentil and sauté a little longer. 5. Add the ready-made sauce and salt. Mix and let it cook for 10 minutes. 7. If necessary, add more water and mix well. 8. Taste the seasoning, adjust the salt if necessary. 9. Optional: sweet paprika and coriander powder add a special flavor.
