  • Sweet sprinkle200 g
  • sour starch300 g
  • Boiled and mashed Baroa Potato500 g
  • Hot water150 ml
  • Olive oil150 ml
  • Salt, oregano, parsley, thyme and rosemary to taste
  1. In a large bowl, mix the sprinkles and salt first. Add the oil and mix until it forms a homogeneous crumb.
  2. Add the baroa and water gradually, kneading with your hands until everything is incorporated into a homogeneous mass. Mold the balls, distribute in a greased shape with a spacing of 3 cm between them.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until risen and golden. Approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
