- Onion skins and tips too to taste
- Garlic Peels to taste
- Grated carrot rind and the ends too to taste
- Leek leaves to taste
- Zucchini skins and the ends too to taste
- Parsley stalk to taste
- Broccoli stalks and whatever else you want to taste
- To join and not spoil. The peels and stalks I put in a bag, close and leave in the freezer
- When I have a reasonable and varied amount, I fill a pan with 1 liter of water
- After boiling you strain and you will have more natural vegetable broth. You can store it in the fridge and use it in up to 3 days or you can put it in ice cube trays and then the yield is much higher, keep it covered. In the freezer it lasts for 30 days.
