  • Chopped fresh peach palm heart1 cup
  • Cashew nut milk1 cup
  • Homemade tomato sauce0.5 cup
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped green seasoning to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and the heart of palm.
  3. Let it cook for about 5 minutes and add the mustard.
  4. Add the cashew nut milk and a little salt.
  5. Let it cook until the chestnut milk thickens, adjust the salt.
  6. Finish with the green seasoning.
