- Peach palm heart slices400 g
- Cherry tomato150 g
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Palm oil50 ml
- Cambuci Pepper100 g
- Sliced Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)

- Sliced white onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Bay leaves2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Salt, chimichurri, pepper to taste
- I started by sautéing the garlic in olive oil and added the others in layers, lastly the tomatoes and onion rings, drizzled with palm oil and coconut milk.
- I added 200ml of water, covered the pan and left it for 10 minutes over low heat. I uncovered the pan, adjusted the seasonings, finished with parsley and turned off the heat.
- It's delicious, serve with rice that looks perfect 😋
