Mix all the dough ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and beat with a hook until smooth (about 5 minutes). It can be kneaded by hand as well.
Let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap until it doubles in volume.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface to a thickness of 1 cm.
Spread the soft guava. Make a roulade and cut slices.
Arrange the slices in greased and floured baking pans with a central hole.
Let rest covered with plastic wrap until doubled in volume.
Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden.
