- oregano1 coffee spoon
- First, remove the skin and seeds from the avocado, then transfer it to a container and mash it with a fork until it forms a puree, without leaving any large pieces;
- Add finely chopped tomato and onion to the mashed avocado, mix well;
- after cutting the chives and green chives, add them to the mixture, also add the lemon juice and olive oil, stir everything again;
- Add seasonings;
