  • Pumpkin pumpkin500 g
  • Tomato500 g
  • Wheat flour120 g
  • Basil50 g
  • Parsley50 g
  • Olive oil30 g
  • Salt10 g
  1. Cook the pumpkin in (bain-marie recommended) or directly in water, let it cool.
  2. Chop the parsley very small.
  3. Mash the pumpkin without the skin and add the chopped parsley, mixing well.
  4. Add the wheat flour to the dough mixing well. Don't forget to throw dough on the table so it doesn't stick. Make uniform rolls and cut to desired size.
  5. Put a pot of water on the fire and let it boil to cook the gnocchi.
  6. Make a basic tomato sauce and set aside. Add basil.
  7. Cook the gnocchi set aside. In the non-stick frying pan, put oil and add the gnocchi, let it brown and remove. Place the sauce and gnocchi on top in a deep dish, finishing with basil.
