  1. Wash the bananas with a sponge removing possible dirt
  2. Remove the bananas from the stalks
  3. Put the bananas in the pressure cooker with already hot water to generate thermal shock
  4. Cover the pot and wait for pressure to come.
  5. After getting pressure, count 8 minutes and then turn off the pan
  6. Let the pressure off naturally
  7. Remove the pulp from the banana peels and place the pulp in a blender.
  8. Beat the pulp in the blender until it forms a thick and smooth cream. If necessary, add a little water to beat.
  9. Freeze the biomass in jars or in ice cubes.
