- White cream: 2 + 1/2 cups plant-based milk (cashew nuts)2 cup
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Vegan condensed milk395 g
- Vanilla essence1/2 teaspoon
- Chocolate Ganache: semisweet chocolate bar without milk200 g
- plant milk1/2 cup
- Assembly: Thompson Grape Boxes2 unit(s)
- Add all the ingredients for the white cream to a pan, mix well until all the starch dissolves, then cook for about 10 minutes until it thickens. Transfer this cream to a bowl and place in the fridge until completely cooled. Wash and dry the grapes well and line the bottom of a glass with them. When the cream is already cold, beat with a whisk or mixer until very creamy and transfer to the glass, intersperse with white cream and grapes. For the ganache, melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds and when it is completely melted, add the vegetable milk and mix. Add the ganache on top (last layer) and decorate as you prefer! Leave in the fridge until serving time.
