- Chickpea flour4 tablespoon
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Tapioca gum (or sweet sprinkle)2 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Filtered water20 ml
- Use a bowl to portion and mix all the dry ingredients except the yeast.
- Add filtered water and stir slowly.
- The mixture should be soft, a little more than pancake batter!
- Add the yeast and mix well
- Heat a small skillet
- Add olive oil and a ladle of dough
- Cover the skillet and let the chickpeas take shape over low heat.
- Turn it over to cook on both sides and your chickpeas are ready!
