  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • English Potato5 unit(s)
  • Maizena1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Spicy paprika, ground coriander and cumin. to taste
  • Olives (optional) to taste
  • Tomato sauce (fugini)1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Soybean oil2 tablespoon
  1. Cook the potatoes with the salt and a little paprika.
  2. Drain the water and mash the potatoes forming a puree, add the oil to make the dough soft.
  3. Mix the cornstarch and wheat flour with the puree, and form the dough. Until it unglued from the hand. Rub a little oil on your hand too.
  4. Form the dough into strips and cut into pieces with a knife.
  5. While making the pasta, heat a pan with water until it boils (put the water up to half of the pan)
  6. Place the pieces of dough in the boiling water, and when it rises to the surface of the water, it is ready to be removed.
  7. Use the same pan with water so as not to dirty others, and fry the onions and garlic. Add the tomato sauce with the seasonings. Wait a few minutes for the sauce to adhere to the seasonings.
  8. Add the pasta to the sauce and serve!
