  • Water | 240 ml
  • Flaxseed | 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (I used coconut) | 1/2 cup
  • Rice (or wheat) flour | 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder | 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar | 1 cup
  • Salt | 1/2 coffee spoon
  • Chemical Yeast | 1/2 tablespoon


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°. Grind the flaxseeds in a food processor or blender. In a bowl, mix the water with the crushed flaxseed and stir well (or just break the eggs), add the oil and stir again. Reserve. In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, sugar and salt and mix well until smooth and without lumps. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well until it becomes a homogeneous mass. Add the yeast and stir again to incorporate. Place the mixture in a greased shape with oil and flour (or in a silicone shape) and bake at 180° for approximately 25'. Remove from oven and let rest for at least 1 hour before unmolding.
