- Garlic (head)4 to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil (covering the garlic) to taste
- Salt, Black Peppercorns to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Place the unpeeled garlic cloves, seasonings in a pyrex and cover with olive oil.
- Preheat the oven and take the pyrex with all the ingredients for 30 minutes without letting the oil boil.
- Use olive oil and garlic in any sautés, seasonings, etc…
