  • Sliced Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Palm oil to taste
  • Firmer Ripe Bananas2 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Water1 cup
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  1. Take the pan to the fire.
  2. In olive oil, saute half the onion and garlic.
  3. Add half of the tomato.
  4. Sauté well and spread the ingredients in the bottom of the pan.
  5. Place the bananas cut into slices and cover with the rest of the ingredients, arranging gently.
  6. Put the water and cover the pan and let it boil until the bananas are soft When it's ready, pour the coconut milk over it and wait another 2 minutes and it's ready.
  7. Serve with white rice and bon appetit.
