- Salt to taste
- Palm oil to taste
- Firmer Ripe Bananas2 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Water1 cup
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Take the pan to the fire.
- In olive oil, saute half the onion and garlic.
- Add half of the tomato.
- Sauté well and spread the ingredients in the bottom of the pan.
- Place the bananas cut into slices and cover with the rest of the ingredients, arranging gently.
- Put the water and cover the pan and let it boil until the bananas are soft When it's ready, pour the coconut milk over it and wait another 2 minutes and it's ready.
- Serve with white rice and bon appetit.
