- Coconut milk500 ml
- Palm Oil50 ml
- Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion with the banana slices. With that, add the peppers, tomatoes, coconut milk and palm oil and let it cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Hit the salt and pepper and finish with cilantro and onions.
- Serve while still hot.
