  • Cornmeal1/2 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 tablespoon
  • Water2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pan, over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
  2. Then add water, salt and mix.
  3. When it boils, add the cornmeal gradually, always stirring to avoid lumps and taking care not to let the bottom burn.
  4. The point is when the polenta starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
  5. I served it with soy bolognese, took some PTS, soaked it in boiling water with lemon. I ran well. I sautéed it with garlic, onion and seasonings to taste, then added a little tomato sauce. 💚🌱
