- palm heart250 g
- Cooked chickpeas250 g
- Soy milk cream1 can(s)
- smoked paprika2 teaspoon
- ketchup2 tablespoon
- mustard2 tablespoon
- olive oil2 tablespoon
- garlic cloves5 unit(s)
- salt to taste
- Fry the garlic in oil until golden. Add the chickpeas, corn and peas. Then add hearts of palm and mushrooms. Saute for about 5 minutes. Put the cream, ketchup and mustard and paprika. Hit the salt. Let it cook until the cream thickens.
