- Olive Oil, Salt and Saffron to taste
- In a shredder or blender put the corn to shred. In a pan, put the crushed garlic and the onion cut into cubes to brown.
- Pour the corn into the pan and mix well. Add the cream of milk and mix. Add salt and saffron. Let it boil for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with the green smell and serve.
