- 1 can of corn without the water1 can(s)
- Coconut milk + 2 tbsp water200 ml
- Sunflower oil3 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Corn Flake1 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Guava cut into cubes100 g
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
- In the blender, beat everything very well except the cornflakes, wheat flour, yeast, vinegar and guava. In a bowl, place the cornflakes, wheat, yeast and vinegar, mix and add the blender mixture, stir to incorporate everything, place in a mold with a hole in the middle and dip the guava cubes into the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for 35 minutes or until golden on top. If you want you can make cupcakes using your own molds or mini cupcakes.
