- Ripe medium bananas3 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1/2 cup
- 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Nuts to taste
- Cranberries to taste
- In a food processor, place the chopped bananas, peanut butter and cocoa powder.
- Process everything until smooth and creamy.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with a little coconut butter and cocoa powder.
- With a spoon, shape the cookies and place in the mold leaving a space between the cookies.
- Place walnuts and cranberries on top of the cookies
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Serve right away 😋 Great snack option ☺️
