hydrated chia (add water to cover, for about 15min.)

Misture o óleo, açúcar mascavo, açúcar e essência de baunilha.
Coloque a chia.
Acrescente a farinha aos poucos e misture  bem (pode ser na mão ou na batedeira).
Adicione o fermento e misture um pouco. Para finalizar, o chocolate picado.
Coloque em forma redonda, forrada com papel manteiga e abra bem a massa, com as mãos.
Asse por aproximadamente 15 a 20 minutos em forno médio.

Mix the oil, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla essence.
Put the chia.
Add the flour little by little and mix well (it can be by hand or in the mixer).
Add the yeast and mix a little. Finally, the chopped chocolate.
Place in a round shape, lined with parchment paper and open the dough well, with your hands.
Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes in a medium oven.
