- Ripe dwarf banana3 unit(s)
- Peanut Butter1 cup
- Cocoa powder (I used 100%)2 tablespoon
- 85% vegan cocoa chocolate (I used blessed cocoa from cocoa show)60 g
- Place the bananas, peanut butter and cocoa powder in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with a little coconut butter and cocoa powder.
- With a spoon, make the cookies and place in the mold leaving a space between the cookies.
- Place pieces of chocolate on top of cookies.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and with a fork spread the chocolate over the cookies.
- Allow to cool and carefully unmold.
- Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes
- Ready 😋 great snack option during cup games 😃
- Keep refrigerated to increase shelf life and keep your Cookies crispy 😉🍪🍫
