  • Wheat flour130 g
  • Brown sugar140 g
  • Chocolate 70%120 g
  • 100% Cocoa30 g
  • Coconut oil52 g
  • Warm water80 g
  • Salt2 g
  • Chemical Yeast1 g
  • Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
  1. Completely dissolve the sugar in normal water.
  2. Add the 70% chocolate and stir until melted.
  3. Add the oil, salt and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Sift over this mixture the wheat flour, cocoa powder and chemical yeast. Stir well.
  5. With the help of an ice cream scoop (or two tablespoons) make cookie dough balls on a tray lined with aluminum foil or silicone mat.
  6. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 16 minutes.
  7. Cookies come out of the oven a little soft. They firm up after cooling. Don't over-bake them so they don't get hard.
