- Warm water5 cup
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- Place the whole coconut in the oven or directly on the stove for approximately 5 minutes or until it cracks so you can open it. Carefully remove the chestnut.
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until the coconut is well crushed. Strain with a sieve or dish towel (whatever you have to use as a sieve). You can taste your milk by whisking with just 4 cups for a slightly stronger flavored milk. I made mine with 5 cups and it was perfect 🤩 . The storage time in the refrigerator can vary from 3 to 7 days. Frozen for up to 90 days.
