- Ripe dwarf banana1 unit(s)
- Rice flour2 tablespoon
- Natural grated coconut1 cup
- Unsweetened Coconut Chips to taste
- Peel the banana and mash it well with a fork until it forms a cream.
- Add the grated coconut and rice flour and mix well.
- Make balls with your hands, if necessary add more rice flour or grated coconut
- Place coconut flakes on top
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a little coconut butter and rice flour
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the coconut is golden.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes and you're done.
