  • Ripe dwarf banana | 2 unit(s)
  • Rice flour | 1/2 cup
  • Grated unsweetened coconut | 1 cup
  • Coconut Chips |  to taste


  1. Peel the bananas and mash well with a fork until creamy.
  2. Add the rice flour and grated coconut and mix with your hands until you can make balls.
  3. If necessary add more coconut or rice flour
  4. Make the balls and place the coconut shavings on top.
  5. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
  6. Line a small pan with parchment paper or a little coconut butter and rice flour
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the coconut flakes are golden brown.
  8. Ready 😋 great snack and pre workout option 💪
