Passar na peneira farinha, fermento e sal. Na batedeira, bata manteiga, açúcar, ovo e leite. Depois, vá acrescentando aos poucos, a mistura de farinha.
Bata até a massa ir desgrudando.
Abra a massa, deixando um dedo de altura.
Assar 8min, use as forminhas para modelar.




Pass the flour, yeast and salt through a sieve. In a mixer, beat butter, sugar, egg and milk. Then gradually add the flour mixture.
Beat until the dough comes apart.
Open the dough, leaving a height finger.
Bake 8min, use the molds to model.
