Chocolate truffle

Primeiro vamos fazer o leite de castanha, bata a castanha de caju com a água. 

First we are going to make the chestnut milk, beat the cashews with the water.

Leve o leite para aquecer e assim que levantar fervura, desligue e adicione 200g de chocolate. Deixe derreter com o calor do leite e misture para incorporar os ingredientes. Depois coloque para esfriar na geladeira.

Bring the milk to heat and as soon as it boils, turn off the heat and add 200g of chocolate. Let it melt with the heat of the milk and mix to incorporate the ingredients. Then put it to cool in the fridge.

Tempere 200g de chocolate para banhar as trufas. 

Season 200g of chocolate to coat the truffles.

Faça bolinha com o creme da trufa e banhe no chocolate. Depois para finalizar passe no cacau em pó e sirva.

Make a ball with the truffle cream and dip in the chocolate. Then, to finish, pass the cocoa powder and serve.
