- Water100 g
- Cocoa powder20 g
- 60% dark chocolate400 g
- First we are going to make the chestnut milk, beat the cashews with the water.
- Bring the milk to heat and as soon as it boils, turn off the heat and add 200g of chocolate. Let it melt with the heat of the milk and mix to incorporate the ingredients. Then put it to cool in the fridge.
- Season 200g of chocolate to coat the truffles.
- Make a ball with the truffle cream and dip in the chocolate. Then, to finish, pass the cocoa powder and serve.
