Wheat flour180 g
Demerara sugar120 g
Cocoa50 g
Coconut oil80 ml
Coconut milk120 ml
Yeast14 g
Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Very Ripe Banana1 unit(s)
Fresh coffee80 ml

Preheat the oven to 180° and grease a mold of your choice.
Mix the flour and cocoa in a bowl.
Mash the banana. Add the milk, coffee, oil, sugar and mashed banana in another bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the flour bowl and stir to combine the ingredients well.
Add vanilla and yeast and mix.
Place in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or test with a toothpick to check for doneness.
