- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Almond milk2 tablespoon
- 70% vegan dark chocolate30 g
- Demerara sugar or xylitol sweetener2 tablespoon
- Strawberry1 unit(s)
- In a small bowl, place the almond milk and coconut oil and mix well.
- Add the almond flour, sugar and cocoa powder and mix well until smooth.
- Put half the dough in a mug and add the chocolate.
- Cover with the other half of the dough.
- Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Allow to cool and remove from microwave.
- Put the strawberry on top and just enjoy this delight 😋
