- This different snack will surprise you. It's very crispy and delicious... I took two cups of chickpeas to soak in water for 72 hours changing the water every 8 hours (you can leave it overnight, but I left it longer and it was good). Then remove the water, wash the beans well and put it in a pressure cooker with a finger of water above and leave it under pressure for 10 minutes. Turn off and drain the beans in a sieve. Wait for it to cool a little and put it in a mold and season with salt, black pepper, chimichurri, smoked paprika and olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 240 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes (until they are very crispy). Just take it out, wait for it to cool and that's it. It goes very well with a beer.
