- Recipe
- Chickpeas (hydrated and cooked) to taste
- 1 small beet (cooked)1 unit(s)
- Seasonings (salt, cumin, garlic, onion and tomato) to taste
- Smoked paprika (the secret) to taste
- Filtered water2 tablespoon
- Oat flour (or flakes)6 tablespoon
- Cassava flour (optional) to taste
- Soybean oil (for frying) to taste
- In a food processor or blender, beat the already cooked chickpeas and beets, with the seasonings used. Including smoked paprika.
- If you prefer, add two tablespoons of filtered water, so the dough is humidified!
- With the dough ready, and seasoned. Remove from blender and add to a bowl!
- In the bowl, mix with the Oat and Cassava flours, until you get a moldable texture.
- The right texture (moldable) will allow you to freely mold the hamburger shape with your hands. Looking as shown in the photo above!
- Freeze, fry when desired. And enjoy đ§Ą
