- Shimeji250 g
- Roasted sesame oil1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- Water with two dessert spoons of cornstarch1 cup
- Shoyu1 cup
- Peeled Roasted Peanuts50 g
- Chopped Ginger to taste
- Olive oil1 coffee spoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- In a pan, I used a wok, put a drizzle of olive oil and the toasted sesame oil, put the minced garlic and the chopped small onion. Saute for two minutes. Add the peppers and sauté for two more. Put the shimejis and onion. Add a teaspoon of salt and sauté for another two to three minutes. Put a spoon of sugar, ginger and soy sauce. Add the cup of water with Maizena. Let it boil for about five minutes until it thickens. At the end, put a thread of toasted sesame oil and peanuts 🥜. Turn off the heat and serve with white rice and a salad. Good appetite ☺️😋🌿
