  • Sliced Carrots500 g
  • Tahini120 g
  • Garlic cloves without brains1 unit(s)
  • Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Tahiti lime (juice)1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  1. Cook the carrots until very soft, drain and reserve the water. In a food processor or blender, place the cooked carrots, olive oil, tahini, half the lemon juice and garlic. Whisk until smooth and homogeneous. If necessary, add the carrot cooking water to adjust the texture. Season with salt and pepper and if necessary the rest of the lemon juice. Reserve in the refrigerator.
