  • Orange juice120 ml
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Baking soda1 teaspoon
  • Alcohol Vinegar1 dessert spoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Mix all ingredients in a blender EXCEPT baking soda, alcohol vinegar and chemical yeast. After beating and getting a homogeneous mass add the rest of the ingredients and mix gently with a spoon. Don't beat the dough so it doesn't beat.
  2. Grease the mold with oil and flour. Add the dough in the shape and put it to bake for 30 min. As soon as there is a nice smell of cake around the house, you can turn off the oven and keep the cake there. You can do the fork test, if it comes out clean the cake is baked.
  3. Tip: You can make ganache frosting with 70% cocoa chocolate.
