- Cabbage leaves4 unit(s)
- Cut the tofu in cubes and leave to marinate for about 2 hours with the juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic, chives and parsley and a little salt.
- After that time, place the marinated tofu cubes in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
- Add a little of the marinade liquid and finish with seasonings to taste.
- Now just assemble the wrap. On the cabbage leaf I added a little of each ingredient and rolled it up. It was so delicious and healthy! 💚🌱
