- Olive oil50 ml
- Garlic (without the core)1 unit(s)
- Parsley2 tablespoon
- Chives2 tablespoon
- Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Lime1 unit(s)
- Red Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Boiling water50 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Slice the bread and toast it with a drizzle of olive oil
- Mix the butter beans with the garlic, onion, parsley, chives, olive oil, black pepper, cumin, lemon juice, boiling water and salt
- Beat everything with a hand mixer, always stirring well to be very homogeneous.
- Take the warm buns, spread two tablespoons of butter bean paste
- Finish with smoked paprika, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
