  • Cooked Butter Beans300 g
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Garlic (without the core)1 unit(s)
  • Parsley2 tablespoon
  • Chives2 tablespoon
  • Cumin Powder1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  • Lime1 unit(s)
  • Red Onion1/4 unit(s)
  • Boiling water50 ml
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  1. Slice the bread and toast it with a drizzle of olive oil
  2. Mix the butter beans with the garlic, onion, parsley, chives, olive oil, black pepper, cumin, lemon juice, boiling water and salt
  3. Beat everything with a hand mixer, always stirring well to be very homogeneous.
  4. Take the warm buns, spread two tablespoons of butter bean paste
  5. Finish with smoked paprika, parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. This recipe is super practical and protein, great for busy days!
