- Water1 cup
- Ground flaxseed2 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil1/2 cup
- Refined Sugar1/2 cup
- Demerara Sugar1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Grease a pan with oil or line with parchment paper.
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C
- In a bowl add the ground flaxseed, water and oil. Mix well and set aside
- In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add them to the previous mixture.
- Transfer to mold and bake for 20 minutes
- Given that time, remove from the oven immediately. Allow to cool for up to 2 hours before slicing or disinforming.
