- Cooked rice4 cup
- Broccoli stalks and leaves to taste
- Crushed garlic to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Dry fried garlic to taste
- Just crush the leaves and stems well in the shredder or in the blender. Fry the garlic in the oil and saute everything. Add a little water just to form a broth, lower the heat, adjust the salt and add the rice. Now just mix everything and decorate with fried garlic if you like. I particularly LOVE it!❤️😋
