  • Okra200 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Powder1 to taste
  • Spicy paprika1 to taste
  • Salt and pepper1 to taste
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  1. Cut the okra into slices and then reserve in a container (can be a bowl) with the juice of 1/2 lemon and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Place the slices in a sieve and pass under running water. Then dry the okra with a paper towel.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion in cubes, set aside and then enter the okra, in the pan and put the seasonings. Mix well.
  4. As soon as it starts to brown, throw in the onion and that's it.
