- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste

- Take the chickpeas to cook with water and salt in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions, garlic, carrots and zucchini.
- Add the cooked chickpeas. Mix well and then finish with the tomato and olive.
- Adjust the seasonings and serve immediately.
