- Hot water2 cup
- Place the hot water, the juice of 1 lemon and the alcohol vinegar in a pot with the PTS. Let it rest for 15 minutes for the soy to hydrate and increase in size. After that, drain the water, wash the soybeans quickly in running water using a colander, and squeeze well with your hands until all excess water comes out. These steps are important to get out the residual flavor of the soy and for it to absorb the seasonings well, it makes ALL the difference!
- Chop the vegetables into small cubes and fry them on low heat, after fried add the soybeans and seasonings, stir to mix well and fry the soybeans, then add the tomato sauce and, if necessary, half a glass of hot water, it depends. the consistency of your sauce. Turn off and serve, if you prefer you can finish with fresh parsley.
